Georgie is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with extensive cross-jurisdictional legal and business expertise. She has advised boards, executive teams and other stakeholders on a wide range of general commercial law matters, contract drafting and negotiations, financial services regulation, privacy and cybersecurity issues, corporate governance/company secretarial matters and risk management.

Her background is predominantly in complex, dynamic corporate environments, where in addition to her legal acumen, she established herself as a highly regarded business partner and people leader. Georgie brings her deep understanding of the challenges faced by in-house legal teams coupled with her executive experience to her leadership of Law Squared’s LSaaS offering.
