Ben has undertaken work and research around the world, including time spent leading critical projects at the World Economic Forum as well as being a Visiting Scholar at Yale University. He is an Adjunct Professor at Edith Cowan University’s School of Business and Law and a Board Member for the Australian HR Institute, where he was appointed as the youngest Non-Executive Director in the organisation’s history.

Lis Flett has worked across various industries as an in-house lawyer - from real estate and construction to agribusiness and port logistics - and is now the General Counsel of leading Australian Charity, Cancer Council NSW. She has gone from surviving to thriving in the law by following her own unique and values-aligned path, and is a strong advocate for work-life wellbeing.
Michael is a purpose driven Chief Legal Officer, Executive Leader, Board Member and Governance Professional, with multidisciplinary expertise across several different industries and sectors. Michael is based in Sydney and is currently General Counsel and Head of Property at Sydney Fish Market. As member of the Executive Group, he is responsible for the Legal and Property Functions at Sydney Fish Market, including executive level strategic decision making in relation to commercial, operations, legal and ESG aspects of the iconic Sydney Fish Market. Michael has a passion for pursuing excellence in the delivery of in-house legal services and exploring the future of legal services delivery by advancing the role of technology adaption and digital transformation.
Ramza is Legal Counsel for leading non-bank lender, Pepper Money. With previous experience in private practice, property, government, not-for-profit and as an e-commerce business founder, she enjoys the in-house lawyer's ability to think commercially and strategically to set organisations up for best success.
I lead the legal team for Uber’s mobility and delivery businesses in Australia & New Zealand and am a member of Uber’s ANZ Leadership Team, responsible for corporate governance, product counselling and enterprise contracting, high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigations. Previously I was based in San Francisco working as the Global Chief of Staff for one of Uber's senior executives. I sit on the NSW Committee of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and am listed in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist.
Shaun is InView's Community Evangelist and Chief Legal Evangelist for LawVu. Shaun is a seasoned legal professional with a background spanning private practice, and in-house in government and private enterprises. He is a guru in Legal Project Management (LPM), with a Masters degree in the subject, and provides LPM training through The College of Law. He is on a mission to empower in-house legal professionals to realise the true value of their work, by being better connected with their work, their business and with business outcomes.

This conference is especially relevant for anyone in the in-house legal profession or interested in life in-house, including all in-house legal roles, including lawyers, counsel, paralegals, legal secretary and executives, General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, and legal operators. We also welcome those working with in-house teams such as law firms and alternative legal service providers and other functions that want to understand their in-house peers better (looking at you finance and procurement).
