A former corporate lawyer, Scott transitioned into legal recruitment over a decade ago and Heriot Brown has since grown Internationally to become recognized experts in the field, working with leading global companies, financial institutions, and fast-scaling tech businesses.
Scott is also the host of Lessons I Learned in Law, a popular podcast where he interviews General Counsel and legal leaders from around the world, uncovering the key insights that have shaped their careers. The podcast combines career development, leadership branding, and practical strategies for in-house legal professionals navigating today’s fast-changing business landscape.
Outside of work, Scott is the proud dad of 3 young kids…so doesn’t have much time for anything else at the moment.
